Great spot for families!

Had a fab stay for a night! The room was perfect for us four, super spacious and comfy. Staff were really friendly, and we enjoyed a drink at the bar. Food was a bit pricey, but that’s London for ya. Only bummer was a plumbing issue, but they fixed it quick. solid experience!

The bathroom design was odd, but the family room was spacious and comfortable.

Be sure to ask for extra cups and utensils when traveling with family. They might not be readily provided for additional guests.

the location is perfect, so close to london bridge and other attractions. my room was super comfy and clean, loved the big tv and the rain shower was awesome. staff were really friendly and helpful, made me feel welcome. breakfast had lots of choices and tasted great. i appreciated the late checkout, it was a nice touch!

An Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service!

We enjoyed a delightful three-night stay in a beautifully refurbished room. The staff went above and beyond, especially Nurun at reception. The on-site restaurant served a fantastic breakfast with views of the Shard, a perfect start to our days. Highly recommend! Book ahead for the best rates.

Family with children will enjoy this spot

Breakfast was fantastic, the selection didn’t look extensive at first but everything was quality and there was plenty to choose from. And that mini fridge? Perfect, kept our drinks ice cold, very impressed compared to others I’ve used while traveling.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but for the experience, it was acceptable.

the novotel has a modern and luxurious interior that made our stay feel very special. we loved the little details, like the allergen-free bathing products and well-equipped tea cups in our superior premium queen room. the location is perfect, close to the shakespeare globe theater and the millennium bridge. the staff were incredibly friendly, and the live music in the restaurant created a great atmosphere!

The gym equipment felt basic and limited!!! Room temperature control issues led to discomfort during my stay!!! The open bathroom design was awkward, particularly for families!!!

Had a fantastic stay with friends! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Borough Market and the Tower of London. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. The staff were incredibly friendly, making check-in a breeze and even allowing an early check-in!

Had issues with bar service where drinks were poorly mixed.

It was just a well-suited match for a city break in London with fantastic value for money. The staff always welcomed us like old friends, which made our stay even better. Make sure to enjoy the little touches like the welcome card in your room.

Great stay, a few quirks

I really liked my stay. The hotel’s design is cool and the lifts are super fast. The room was comfy and clean. The in-room breakfast was pretty tasty too. One thing tho, the shower’s got slippery glass walls which made it a bit tricky. Wish the parking wasn’t so pricey at £35 a day.

We had a lovely 5-night stay! The breakfast options were impressive, especially with the A++ quality. Being able to make coffee in the room was a delightful touch!
